What are your policies on vacation?

We honor families two week of vacation per year, which holds their spot to return with a prior notice to the center director.

What are your teacher to child ratios?

2 years 11:1; 3 years 15:1; 4 years 18:1; 5 years 22:1; 6-8 years 26:1; 9-13 years 26:1

Is there a weekly learning plan?

Yes, we train our staff to create weekly theme lesson plans.

What is your discipline policy?

We redirect them to a calm corner, offer them something calming to do, counsel them and encourage them to come back and join their classmate.

How do you communicate with parents?

Verbally, memos posted at front desk by sign in/out, Procare

Where do they nap?

Nap time is designated in their classrooms on a mat assigned to that child daily.

 

What meals are served?

Breakfast, lunch, snacks(parents can bring), supper

Do they go outside?

We are required by Texas Health and Human Services to twice a day weather permitting outside time.

Can parents celebrate birthdays?

Yes we allow parents to bring cake, cupcakes, etc after naptime at 3:30pm.
